Yam Noodle Salad

YAM NOODLE SALAD

Yamnooddles-01

Ingredient

- Yam or bean thread noodles
- Woodear fungus
- Carrots
- Bamboo
- Roasted tofu cake
- Hot pepper
- Celery
- Shiitaki mushroom
- Pickled vegetable

Direction:

- Julianne slice all the ingredients except noodles.

- In boiling water, blanch all the contents in boiling water until tender and place in a large mixing bowl. Blanch tofu cake in salted water and add to the mix. Season with mushroom seasoning, salt, rock sugar syrup, white sesame oil, Vietnamese soy sauce (Nuocmam Chay Pha San) to taste. Serve.
