GINGER TOFU WRAP
Frozen tofu wrap
Sauce: mix minced ginger, premium soy sauce, white sesame oil, mushroom seasoning, white pepper, water, sugar and salt to taste.
Soak defrosted tofu wrap in the sauce. Be sure to open the tofu wrap so the sauce is distributed throughout. Panfry tofu wraps on each side until golden brown. Cut to bite sizes and serve.
